The Process
On The Rocks Designs specializes in lost wax casting organic designs for a truly one-of-a-kind handcrafted jewelry piece for your collection.
Once you choose your pieces, a wax model is created to allow you to see how your design looks. You can use the sample to make any adjustments.
After you approve the wax model, Lisa prepares the model for casting. Following casting, all finishing, polishing, and stone setting are completed.

Custom-designed jewelry policy
Custom orders are non-returnable. On The Rocks Designs requires a non-refundable deposit to begin work to cover labor and materials. Final payment must be made at the pick-up or shipping time of the final piece. Custom items must be paid for and picked up within seven days of completion.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for custom orders.
