Return Policy

Items purchased directly from On the Rocks Designs LLC (OTRD) may be returned within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit for merchandise at OTRD store ONLY (excludes custom orders). No refunds. All returns must be authorized. Item must be in its’ original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Please insure work for the full value with “tracking”. Shipping costs will not be refunded nor will items lost in return shipping. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges and/or alterations. OTRD reserves the right not to accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been damaged or worn. While these policies are firm for obvious reasons, I will do everything I can to work with you and make sure your experience with On The Rocks Designs is positive.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are non-returnable. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to begin work to cover labor and materials. Complete payment must be made to pick up the final piece.

SHIPPING

All items purchased online from OTRD are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.
